With decades of experience leading organizations, building customer-focused businesses, and managing complex operations, he approaches every property with the mindset that exceptional guest experiences drive exceptional financial performance. His passion for hospitality goes beyond beautiful interiors. William specializes in creating high-performing short-term rentals that attract more bookings, command higher nightly rates, and generate stronger returns for owners. From property positioning and renovation coordination to interior design, guest experience (UX), and operational strategy, every decision is made with performance in mind. As Dream Casa's founder and principal point of contact, William works closely with every client, ensuring personalized service, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail. His commitment to quality, discretion, and long-term relationships has become the foundation of the Dream Casa experience.

Ben Hartman

Founder/COO

Ben Hartman is the creative force behind Dream Casa's distinctive guest experience. Combining a sharp eye for interior design with operational expertise, he transforms properties into memorable, high-performing short-term rentals that inspire exceptional reviews, stronger occupancy, and higher nightly rates. From concept development and furnishing selection to renovation coordination, installation, and final styling, Ben oversees every detail with precision and purpose. His design philosophy balances beauty, durability, functionality, and hospitality—creating spaces that not only photograph beautifully but also perform exceptionally for both guests and owners. As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, Ben ensures every Dream Casa property reflects the company's commitment to thoughtful design, operational excellence, and five-star hospitality. His passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail help owners maximize their investment while delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

Hashir Sayed

Director of Revenue

Hashir Sayed leads Dream Casa's revenue strategy with a data-driven approach focused on maximizing owner returns. By combining advanced revenue management, dynamic pricing, market intelligence, and performance analytics, he ensures every property is strategically positioned to achieve stronger occupancy, higher average daily rates, and increased annual revenue. Working alongside Dream Casa's design and operations teams, Hashir continuously analyzes market trends, booking patterns, seasonal demand, and competitive performance to identify opportunities for growth. His disciplined approach allows pricing and positioning strategies to evolve in real time as market conditions change. Hashir's commitment to analytical excellence helps property owners make informed decisions, optimize profitability, and unlock the full earning potential of every investment.

William has a diverse and extensive professional background. Formerly a healthcare executive with extensive experience running heart and vascular institutes. In 2011 William started his own company, Renuil, a wellness company focussing on the underlying causes precluding people from living a healthy life. Sadly in 2014 William had to close the business and began a short lived employment journey seeking certainty and stability running a customer escalation team at Verizon Wireless. William’s now known allergy to conventional employment prompted him to leave corporate america and start Domain with his fiance, Ben Hartman.

William is thrilled to bring his extensive operational and customer service experience to the home sharing management platform.

Outside business William is passionate about health and fitness, making a difference in people’s lives, performing arts (he’s a recovering actor) and traveling.
